Natural Mosquito Bite Remedies (try at your own risk)

"Due to how terrible the mosquitoes are this year, I am posting this so many of you will know how to treat the area if you or your child are bitten by a mosquito. The best and natural way to treat an insect bite is to use one of the following:

1.) Place a used dry teabag on the bite.

2.) Rub Raw Honey on the bite.

3.) Apple Cider Vinegar, use a cotton ball and apply ACV to the bite

4.) Baking Soda, this is the cheapest at only $0.30 a box. Take a small amount and add a little water to make a paste and apply the paste to the bite.

5.) Take the skin of a Banana and rub the inside part of the banana on the bite.

6.) Take a leaf off of a Aloe Vera plant and rub the bite with the leaf of the plant.

Below are some other Remedies that I found, I don't know what works and what doesn't, so this summer, I will have to test some of them out and let you know!
  1. Directly dab on peppermint toothpaste
  2. Directly apply a lemon slice to affected area
  3. Crush an aspirin and add water to form anti-itching paste
  4. After applying scentless lotion on bite area, rub on table salt
  5. Directly rub on apple cider vinegar
  6. Dab on ammonia

Disclosure: I found these Mosquito bite Remedies online, on other sites. I don't know what works and what doesn't. As I normally paint my bites with pink caladryl lotion because I know that it instantly works and makes the bites go away within two days, three days at most. So it's up to you if you want to try any of these, but I make no promises that any of these remedies will work or not. I am not a medical professional, and I am not making any medical claims. Airplanes and Dragonflies blog is not responsible if you decide to try any of these remedies for yourself.
