Kidfresh frozen kids meals have hidden veggies in every meal! They are also the prefect size for lunches for us adults, and sometimes, perfect for dinner too! Depends on your appetite! I love the chicken and rice, but I like to add a little butter and salt to it. The Kidfresh Chicken and Rice is made with brown rice, and soaks up what little bit of butter that I put in it. But it's so good, and very filling.
