I would redo the kitchen

ReplyDeleteI would create a brand new house for my family. it wuold have a nice yard with a patio, pool, hot tub, the works. inside would be spacious but homey. big kitchen and lots of storage, and at least 4 bedrooms!

FIRST, I would build a new pantry that those teeny tiny ants cannot get into so I could actually use it! Next up, an entirely new bathroom that is bigger, with a jacuzzi tub. Then I would have gorgeous wooden book cases made for our library, complete with the fancy schmancy ladder thingy to get the books on the top.

ReplyDeleteThe backyard. I have nothing out there but a plot of dirt. Well, there's some weeds too. We didn't have the money to landscape after getting our home. I'd like to fix it up so we can actually go out there and enjoy it. Then I would replace the downstairs carpet with hardwood floors, and remodel the kitchen; granite countertops, custom backsplash, restain the cabinets to a darker shade, double wall oven, etc.

The backyard!!! We have those annoying sticker things everywhere and the kids can't go out there without coming back in covered! I'm glad its just a rental right now but it would be nice to get rid of them for the future renters!
ReplyDeleteA dream home makeover to me would be updated kitchen and bathrooms throughout the house. It would include fresh paint and new carpeting throughout the house. And to get extra greedy, new energy efficient storm window, maintenance free vinyl siding and some fresh landscaping with a new fence.
