Dentist and Cupcakes!!!
Today I went to the dentist to pay my bill and to pick up my bite guard to wear at night. I have problems with my jaw popping, so this is supposed to help, we will see. Right across the street from them is a Gigi's Cupcakes!!! So I had to go by there on my way home and grab some of them to bring home! At $3.00 a cupcake, they are good, and worth it, and they taste so much better than a Krisy Kreme donut. The icing on top of them is about 3 to 4 inches high, or more, it's insane, but oh my gosh, they are heaven!!! For today, for me, it was better than chocolate or sex, lol.
On the sides of the road though, on the way there and back, you could see just how high the lake was that it about 15 minutes from our house. It was awful. It covered the whole parking lot and area where people could let their boats into the water. There's an area there marked off for children and people to go into the water to play also, very nice in the warmer months here in Tennessee. But I guess because of all of the sewage, etc. in the water now, no one will be doing that at all this summer. The rain really hurt many people, their homes, and businesses here in Tennessee. So sad. Even the Opry Mills Mall had 5 feet or more of water inside of it. We have been to this mall several times. :( So sad that there might have been cupcakes, clothes, shoes, toys, etc. floating around in the water. I just can't believe that this mall will probably be closed all summer, if not longer. I hope that everyone can rebuild and afford to reopen.
