Whipping up a batch of birthday cupcakes doesn't get much easier than this. Just start with some chocolate sandwich cookies, add a little inspiration from America's most ear-risistible mouse, and you're ready to sing Happy Birthday.
You'll need:
- Batch of cupcakes
- Frosting
- Chocolate sandwich cookies, regular size and mini size
2. Split each cookie into halves (you'll need a total of six regular cookies and twelve mini cookies to decorate a dozen cupcakes).
3. Push one half of a regular cookie (with the unfrosted side facing forward) halfway down into the center of a cupcake to create the top of the mouse head. For ears, set a pair of mini cookie halves (again, unfrosted sides facing forward) right behind and to the sides of the head. This time press the cookies into the frosting just far enough to hold them in place.
4. Use the remaining cookie halves to decorate the rest of the cupcakes.

Relaxing Sunday Evening!
I have an appointment tomorrow for a root canal on a molar with roots that grew sideways, oh what fun. Well, it's not till 1:00p.m., so the kiddos should be napping the whole time I am gone, pretty much. The only downfall, I have to drive myself there and back. It's a half hour each way, I should be able to do it coming back home. If not, I have friends who live in the city where I am going and I might stop by to say hello to them if I don't feel up to driving home right away.

Looks Hair Gel, $.96 after $1.00 off coupon from last Sundays coupons that were in the Newspaper!
When at Publix today, I had some $2.00 off coupons for Crystal Light! These are currently Buy 1 Get 1 FREE until Tuesday night! Buy two of them, and with the $2 off coupons from Vocalpoint.com, they are $.50 each!!! I will check my receipts for other deals, but these are the ones that I can remember!
Did you know that you can print coupons from Betty Crocker.com? Well, you can!!! This week they have coupons that can save you up to $36.20!!! Sign up for their website and savings and you will get coupons, recipes, etc. sent to your email a few times a week!
