My Review:
My almost eight year old son loved it. But my almost 6 year old and 3 year old girls weren't interested. I found myself watching some of it, but not all of it. I didn't watch any Jonny Quest cartoons growing up, so I wasn't sure who he was. The antics were cool. My son laughed on and off and thought that the story line was awesome. Overall, a good buy! Tom and Jerry SPY Quest is available to purchase at your local retailers.

My Review:

I watched this DVD with my children. At first they complained, and then they got into it and really liked all of the music! My sisters and I used to walk around the house singing "I'm gonna singa, about the moona and the juna and the springa. I'm gonna singa, about the sky so blue, tea for two. Me and you." I couldn't remember exactly where that tune had come from. But I saw it on this DVD in one of the Looney Tunes cartoons. Now they ask to watch it all the time. My children love listening to and dancing to music, so this is perfect!

Meet Sophia, one of the many children who has been helped by the Children's Miracle Network!

When Sophia’s mother saw her through the school bus window, she knew something wasn’t right with her youngest daughter. Sophia had trouble descending the school bus steps, and by the time mom and daughter crossed the street and entered their home, Sophia’s face was drooping and she’d lost feeling and function on the left side of her body.

Sophia was whisked to Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital at Westchester Medical Center, where she was diagnosed with an abnormal tangle of arteries and veins. Her brain was hemorrhaging and she needed emergency neurosurgery to save her life.

Since that fateful autumn day in 2011, Sophia has undergone a second neurosurgery to care for another malformation. Despite these challenges, today she is doing well. She uses her own medical journey as inspiration for other children and families facing similar circumstances. The way Sophia sees the world, there’s always reason for hope and optimism.

The Nashville Striders’ Firecracker 5000 begins promptly at 7 a.m. at Opry Mills, with the course looping around the Opry Mills complex. The race includes a 1KM Kids Free Fun Run starting at 8:30 a.m. Race-morning registration and packet pickup starts at 6 a.m. Registration fee is $35 through June 28 and $40 the morning of the race. All proceeds benefit Achilles International–Nashville and the Nashville Striders Youth Fund. Refreshments, door prizes and an awards ceremony will take place following the race. Awards go to the top three overall male/female, top masters male/female, and top three age group male/female racers (9 years and under through 80-plus in five-year increments).
