My four year old son, Matthew, has Sensory Integration Disorder. He is behind on some basic motor skills and it has been really hard for him to dress himself. He especially has issues taking his socks on and off, so we normally just put them on for him. Not anymore!

Dr. Seuss Wood Alphabet Puzzle Review!

There is a big variety of games, puzzles, and learning toys to check out on Wonder Forge. We recently had a chance to review the Dr. Seuss Wood Alphabet Puzzle from The Wonder Forge. Your children can learn their A,B,C's along with favorite Dr. Seuss characters like The Cat in the Hat, Fox in Socks, The Grinch, Horton, Yertle the Turtle, and many more! Under every letter is a picture that relates to that letter in the alphabet. Under the A is an airplane and under the B is a ball.

It is a beautiful puzzle decorated with many well known characters from the Dr. Seuss books, including The Grinch, Thing 1, and Thing 2! It states that the puzzle is for ages 3 and up, but my 2 1/2 year old loves it and she can put it together herself! She has actually learned to recognize a few letters of the alphabet by sight! She knows the alphabet song very well, but she hasn't ever fully recognized anything other than A, B, and C. Now she knows D, E, F, G, H, and I! And she has only been playing with this puzzle for about a week.

The Wooden A, B, C's are the perfect size for little hands to grasp onto and place into the puzzle.What a great way for her to learn her A, B, C's and to learn more about the characters from Dr. Seuss!
