THE COMPLETE FIRST SEASON
Own It On DVD Today!
Synopsis:
Based on the characters from Archie Comics, Riverdale gives a subversive take on small-town life. Things aren’t always what you expect in Riverdale. As a new school year begins, the town is reeling from the tragic death of high school golden boy Jason Blossom. The summer’s events made all-American teen Archie Andrews realize that he wants to pursue a career in music, but his fractured friendship with Jughead Jones, and Josie McCoy’s focus on her own band leaves Archie without a mentor. Meanwhile, girl-next-door Betty Cooper is not ready to reveal her true feelings for Archie, and new student, Veronica Lodge, has an undeniable spark with Betty’s crush. And then there’s Cheryl Blossom, Riverdale’s queen bee, who stirs up trouble amongst Archie, Betty and Veronica. But is Cheryl hiding something about the mysterious death of her twin brother, Jason? Riverdale may look like a quiet, sleepy town, but there’s so much more to the story.

My Review:
Riverdale is about a beautiful small town. Twin brother and sister, went for a boat ride one fourth of July, and some boy scouts found the sister. The brother was lost in the river. His body was never found. The characters are Archie, Betty, Veronica, Jughead, and others. The person who plays Archie also stared in the movie "A Dog's Purpose" as Teen Ethan Montgomery! Josie and the Pussycats musical group also stars in Riverdale! Even a gentleman named Luke Perry, from back in my day, stars in Riverdale! He used to be on a TV show called "Beverly Hills 90210."
Who killed Jason? Jason is the twin brother of
who died around July 11th, not July 4th. But you'll have to watch the rest of Riverdale for more information. I hadn't seen Riverdale at all until I was asked to review it. Every episode sucks you in, and it's GOOD! Drama here and there, great storyline, and more! Yo don't want to miss Riverdale! I can't wait to see what Season 2 brings!
