Crackle is Cracking Open a new heist series in time for the holidays...

Mario Sevigny is a Canadian multi-instrumentalist and vocalist who has composed for film, television and movie trailers. From his first television gigs as a composer for a children’s animated network to his work on serious dramas such as Human Trafficking, Mario has built a rather eclectic resume over the years. Sevigny is currently scoring Sony Crackle's original drama series, The Art of More, which launches November 19!

Sony’s Crackle officially has entered the original drama field with its first hourlong series, The Art Of More, starring Dennis Quaid. Christian Cooke (Magic City) has been cast as the co-lead opposite Quaid in the project, which has received a 10-episode straight-to-series order from the digital network. Kate Bosworth (Still Alice) co-stars.

Sevigny discovered music for tv and film when he became assistant to Jerry De Villiers Jr. on Louis Saïa films ''The Boys 2 and 3,” “Cause of death” and “Believe." Several years later, in 2002, Sevigny took a chance and supported a short film entitled "Ice Cold." As a result of the film's success, Sevigny was tapped for many projects leading to nearly 100 trailers composed by Christal Films, Alliance Atlantis Vivafilm, TVA Films, and Equinoxe Films among others.

Disney's MOANA Movie! #Moana

Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “Moana” has found her voice following a worldwide search to cast the film’s title character. Native Hawaiian newcomer Auli’i Cravalho, 14, joins Dwayne Johnson in the big-screen adventure about a spirited and fearless teenager named Moana (voice of Cravalho) who, with help from demi-god Maui (voice of Johnson), sets out on a daring mission to prove herself a master wayfinder.

While hundreds of talented people from across the Pacific Islands were eager to try out for the role, Cravalho set her sights firmly on her sophomore year of high school. “I didn’t think I would have a chance,” she said. “When I was little, I used to dance around the house singing at the top of my lungs. In my mind, that was performing and I loved the feeling of it. But I never imagined being in a Disney movie, being Moana—representing my culture in that way.”

Fortunately, the film’s Hawai’i casting director remembered an unrelated audition Cravalho did as part of an a cappella group, which had been submitted for a talent showcase for a charity. Feeling the local teen would be perfect for the Disney role, she tracked her and her mother down and invited Cravalho to audition. “Her audition was fantastic – she was such a raw talent,” said producer Osnat Shurer. “Auli’i was among a small number of girls we brought back for a second round of auditions. Then we flew her and her mom over to audition at our studios in Burbank.”

“Auli’i demonstrated a certain fearlessness in her auditions and call-backs,” said director John Musker. “She has a playful, mischievous wit. She can project vulnerability, she doesn’t seem intimidated at all by the challenges ahead, and her Polynesian background has helped shape her connection to family, hard work and music. These are all qualities she shares with Moana.”

“Moana is a vibrant, tenacious 16-year-old growing up on an island where voyaging is forbidden,” added director Ron Clements. “But Moana has been drawn to the ocean since she can remember and is desperate to find out what’s beyond the confines of her island.”

Cravalho has already started recording for the role.

My Review:

My daughter and I had a chance to review four pieces of clothing from l.e.i. Two pairs of skinny jeans, which I wasn't sure were going to fit her, but they fit nicely, and two adorable shirts! The first shirt is purple with a pink purse for the design. The zipper on the purse actually works and there's a pocket behind it! My daughter wore this shirt when we went to a local place for pizza and to play some games for my son's 8th birthday. She was able to keep the tickets that she received for playing games inside the pocket/purse on her t-shirt! The leopard print sheer shirt has a built in black smooth/soft tank top underneath. My daughter isn't much into black, but after trying it on, she decided to keep it!

My Review:
Sesame Street: Elmo Can Do It is a great DVD with shows perfect for your little one to help relax their nerves over losing teeth, sleep overs, hair cuts and more! With school out for summer, Charlie Brown and his pals set out for camp. Rerun van Pelt, Lucy’s youngest brother, brings his prized collection of marbles, which once belonged to his grandfather, Felix, an award-winning marbles champ. Rerun is determined to become a marble master just like his grandpa but first, he must find someone who will teach him how to play the game.

At camp, Rerun meets Joe Agate, a tough-talking and disrespectful older boy who takes advantage of Rerun’s naiveté and cons him out of all his grandpa Felix’s marbles. A devastated Rerun confides in Charlie Brown, who is so disgusted by Joe’s behavior that he decides to stand up to him, with the help of Snoopy as Joe Cool, of course. Will Charlie Brown summon the courage to face the awful Joe Agate and win back Rerun’s beloved marbles?

In It was a Short Summer, Charlie Brown, which is also featured on this release, it’s a hilarious battle of boys against girls, with Snoopy having to get in the middle of it all. At summer camp, the Peanuts gang put up with poor food and the girls winning all the sports competitions. To get even, the boys challenge them to an arm-wrestling contest between Lucy and “The Masked Marvel” – aka Snoopy in disguise. Will the boys triumph or stay defeated?

He’s a Bully, Charlie Brown also features an episode of The Charlie Brown & Snoopy Show, which includes four delightful segments, including Shoveling, Rerun, Lost Blanket and The Manager.
