My Review and Thoughts:
I love this movie! It's one I'd love to own and share with my children. What a great movie to teach children that it's whats on the inside of a person that matters more than their looks. I love the friendship between Max and Alex. So adorable and well done! This movie deserves an Oscar! I loved it from start to finish! This is a great family movie for both children and adults. I'd say rated PG at least. There's no adult content, nudity, bad language, or anything bad. It was perfect!
SYNOPSIS: Looks That Kill is a dark comedy about Max Richards (Brandon Flynn), a teenage boy born with a medical condition of being lethally attractive, who is changed forever when he meets Alex, a girl with her own bizarre ailment, who aids him on his quest of self-discovery... without accidentally killing someone.

My Review and Thoughts:
This is a great movie for most everyone, ages 16 and up. This story proves that no matter your color, we can all get along and be friends. There is also some racial profiling going on in this movie, which is great for tweens and adults to see what happens when white people assume that a black person has stolen something from a store. You also see the fear in the clerk's eyes as he tries to frisk the black gentleman. I liked the way that the black gentleman handled himself, except when he slaps the clerk. But, he did warn him. There's a few N words in this movie, but it's taught that it's a word that only black people use with one another, and it's taught that it's not okay for white people to use it. This is not a movie for children unless your child understands that setting people on fire, isn't okay. And if they understand adult content. There's sexual content, cuss words, some inappropriate stuff about a three-some. But, it's a great Adult movie!

Created by a 12-Year-Old, Fun Apart Connects Family and Friends Over Nostalgic Card Games Now Available FREE on iOS and Android
Fun Apart, the video-enabled mobile card games app bringing generations together, today announced the launch of its UNO!™ inspired video chat card game NUO available on iOS and Android.
Fun Apart launched its first game NUO, a similar card game to UNO!™ but with more popular gameplay features such as +2 and +4 stacking which UNO!™ recently deemed illegal. Additionally, Fun Apart allows users to safely and securely invite family and friends by sharing a unique 8-digit private room game code through a variety of sharing capabilities including text, email and social media. The user-intuitive interface offers a safe, fun and easy way to connect with anyone during this unprecedented time of isolation. Fun Apart creates a greater connection between family, friends and the elderly who are unable to see each other by providing more face-to-face interaction through video chat while playing fun, nostalgic card games.
“My mother and mother-in-law have had their share of ups and downs and to see them online playing this game with my five-year-old son – laughing and having a great time – has been the biggest joy to me and my family!” said Kornelia Sneider, Fun Apart beta-tester. “Who knew all it would take would be a fun game during quarantine to bring everyone together!”
The card games app idea is the brainchild of a 12-year-old child, who created the Fun Apart during the COVID-19 stay-at-home mandate to keep in touch with friends and family. Enzo worked with his father to develop and create the video-enabled card games app after becoming frustrated with the lengthy Zoom conference setup time required by other mobile game apps.
Enzo said, “It was a great learning experience to build Fun Apart. My parents were hesitant at first to spend the money because of the uncertain economy, but I’m glad they believed in the idea to build it. I hope this game will make the money back to repay my parents. I also hope to create many more apps in the future.” Additional Fun Apart Features:
Quick and easy controls to start and play games from anywhere
HD video calling app offers crystal clear view of game participants
Play with one friend or up to five players at a time
Easily drag and drop cards to make your move when it’s your turn
Get points for winning and keep your spot on the leaderboard
Watch other’s reactions as you play live
Additional card games such as Go Fish and Spoons will be released in the upcoming weeks.
To download Fun Apart, visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If you enjoy the app, please leave a positive review in the app store and share the app with family and friends.
With COVID-19 on the rise, everyone needs to have a mask, if not two or three masks or gaitor masks. Check out some of their designs below:
For every mask you purchase, MaskMarket will donate a mask to someone in need! It's best to have more than one washable mask on hand at a time, and to wash them frequently. Since many states have reopened a lot of stores, hair salons, bars, and more, more and more people are catching the Coronavirus and some hospitals are at 90 percent capacity!
You'll also receive Free Shipping (in the USA only) if you purchase over $50 in masks!
They also sell Gaitor Masks! Check one of them out below:
Here's one of the masks I received in exchange for my post. I like Gilmore Girls, so I picked out a photo of Gilmore Girls fabric. I placed onto the mask, on their website, the way that I wanted my design, and either a person editing the mask, or their software, zoomed in on my design. The mask is fine, but I would have preferred it to not be so zoomed in. I also received a white mask with a LA Dodgers logo. I don't have the photo to post on here, but I had it perfectly centered and smaller than when I received the mask. Instead, the logo was zoomed in on so much, that it placed the logo off center, and extremely zoomed in on. It's fine, it is what it is. But I'd be careful when ordering personalized masks that you place what you want on it carefully.

Synopsis: Twelve-year-old Abe (Noah Schnapp) is an aspiring chef who wants his cooking to bring people together--but his half-Israeli, half-Palestinian family has never had a meal that didn't end in a fight. Ditching his traditional summer camp, Abe begins working with Chico (Seu Jorge), an adventurous street chef who encourages him to think outside his old cuisines. But when Abe's deceit is uncovered, he must grapple with his family, his background, and his passions, and whether even the most lovingly-cooked family dinner can heal old wounds.
Trailer:
My thoughts:
Abe wants to learn more about cooking, and his families' two religions also. He pretends to go to a cooking school all while ditching classes to go learn all about cooking in a real kitchen instead. This movie is great for children ages 10 and up. It's also very heartfelt. Great movie! The ending credits are adorable! Make sure you watch them!
