1) I keep all emails that I send to you, and the ones that you send to me.
2) I DO read them all and respond to them when I get a chance.
3) If you don't receive your prize with in two to three weeks after winning it, PLEASE email me back. Don't wait until 2 or 3 Months later to email me and tell me that you haven't received it. (or until the following year.)
4) I, Heather Kelly, and my blog, Airplanes and Dragonflies, are Not responsible if you do not receive your prize(s). I do my best to email the sponsors and keep emailing them back every few days until I get a response from them letting me know that they are going to mail you your prize(s).
Thank you for entering my giveaways and following me and my blog! I love what I do and I hope that you enjoy my blog too. I need your help though to email me back when you receive your prize(s), or to email me 2 to 3 weeks after you win a prize, to let me know that you did or didn't receive it. I don't always have time to email you about this to find out if you received your prize(s) or not.
Once the sponsor emails me and says that they sent your prize(s) out, I assume that you will receive it soon. If I don't hear from you at all, then I also assume that you received your prize(s) in a timely manor.
