My Review and Thoughts:
Both my girls, ages ten and seven said this book was so cute! They really liked it! Even though this book says it's for preschoolers, children of all ages will love it! Kids can lift flaps, rub, touch, and feel different parts of sea creatures. This book is great for children from newborn to ten years old, at least!

Disclosure: I received one copy of "Oscar the Octopus" in exchange for my post from Simon & Schuster. No other compensation was exchanged or received.
