HubPlus by myCharge Review and Giveaway! (U.S.) Ends 3/26

Are you tired of filling your children's, tweens and teens Easter Baskets with meaningless, worthless little gifts? I know I am. My children won't be receiving much candy this year, as I am going to give them each two books, some chocolate eggs wrapped in foil, a small lego set, and that's about it. They all three already have their own portable chargers because we needed some while flying to and from CA last year. But if I had known about the HubPlus, I would have purchased three of these for them to own and use. They played on their tablets a lot and watched cartoons and movies online and via netflix while in CA so that my parents could watch what they wanted on their one and only television in their house.

As much as our significant other wishes we could read their mind when it comes to what they want, we just can’t, which makes it difficult in deciding what to get that person come any holiday, especially Valentine’s Day. This year gift your significant other something that they can utilize every day and will make their life easier. The HubPlus by myCharge is a sleek portable charger that is equipped with a built-in Apple Lightning cable, a micro-USB cable and a USB port, meaning numerous products can be charging at once.

The HubPlus also has built- in wall prongs to charge the unit, making cables a thing of the past. Just slip the unit into your bag and you’re good to go. So if that special someone is always running out of battery on their devices or are constantly on the go, this portable charger is the gift to give.

Features of the HubPlus Portable Charger:
  • Built-In Lightning & Micro-USB Cables
  • Built-In Universal USB port chargers any USB device
  • Built-In Wall prongs for rapid-recharge of powerbank
  • Anodized aluminum body
  • Safe-cell provides highest level of battery safety
  • Charges up to 3 devices at once

My Review:
The HubPlus works great! I've used it to charge a card reader to use at cubscouts, then my daughter's kid's kindle tablet and then to charge my cell phone, and it kept on working! I love how small and compact it is. It fits in my pocket, purse, backpack, my truck's center console, and more! On the box it states that it's made for iPhone, but it worked just fine charging my android phone. The HubPlus portable charger is smaller than my cell phone!

You can purchase HubPlus portable chargers on amazon.com.

Too Many Carrots - Children's Book #Review! #TooManyCarrots

"Too Many Carrots" by Katy Hudson

Rabbit loves carrots.  Maybe a little too much. In fact, his carrots are crowding him out of his cozy burrow, and when his friends offer to help - that's just asking for trouble. This charming and lovingly illustrated picture teaches children the value of friendships over material possessions, and features a range of engaging and delightful animal friends including a rabbit, a tortoise, a squirrel and a beaver. A selection of Indie Next and Barnes & Noble’s pick for their National Storytime event on March 12th.

(Scroll down where it says Downloads, then click on it, and it will download the PDF activities to your computer!)

My Review:
Too Many Carrots is a cute children's book for kids ages three to six years old. The lessons of the book are that you can have too much stuff, and when you do have too much stuff that you should share it with others. Too Many Carrots would make a great edition to your children's book collection. It would make an adorable gift for your child, niece, nephew or grandchild for Easter and beyond!

Easter Basket Giveaway #2 - Babylegs Review and Babylegs Prize Pack Giveaway! - CLOSED

Giveaway is CLOSED

I LOVE Babylegs Legwarmers, Tights, and Socks! They are currently working on designs with the Hello Kitty people! I can't wait to see them and possibly even own a few pair for my children. Our daughter has been wearing Babylegs Legwarmers since she was about eight months old. Someone else posted a photo of their infant in them, and I just had to find out what they were! Right then and there, I was hooked! They made diaper changes easy, protected her knees when she was crawling, and soon, she will be wearing them when we potty train her!

Babylegs legwarmers look really cute on every child or baby's legs and/or arms! The tights are adorable! Their socks are just cute! Our three and a half year old son even loves them! He often asks me if he can wear his Babylegs dinosaurs, trains, or firetrucks on his arms. I have used the legwarmers to put on my daughter underneath her pajama sleepers at night. She has woken up a few times in the middle of the night and her little legs were freezing cold. Putting the legwarmers or tights on her at night keeps her little legs and feet warm, and helps her to sleep through the night. They also help to give me a peace of mind knowing that she is sleeping, and warm. It gets really cold here in TN in the late fall and winter.

Babylegs Cool! Kids legwarmers are great for little ones to wear in the summer! Certain pairs of legwarmers are made of a light weight mesh knit material and have UPF50 protection. They can help protect a child's arm and legs from the sun and the UV rays!
