PushPack (Pre-packed Hospital Labor Bag for All Expecting Mothers) Review and Giveaway! (US/CAN) (Rafflecopter) Ends 4/22

The Push Pack is a pre-packed hospital labor bag filled with the “little” things moms wanted and needed when they were in the hospital. The Push Pack is a product “invented by moms, for moms. I always pack a backpack full of similar that I will need while in the hospital. I always pack a notebook, camera, some pens, coloring book crayons, jar of carmex, my laptop, pads, socks, a throw blanket, and even my own pillow from home. I enjoy having these things around me, and it also helps your baby form a bond with you and smells of home.

The Push Pack includes:
  • EO® lavender scented shampoo, conditioner & bath gel
  • washcloth
  • LA Fresh make up remover
  • LA Fresh Oil-Free Face Cleanser
  • Kiss My Face shaving cream & disposable razor
  • Kiss My Face lotion
  • Crystal deodorant wipes
  • comb & hair band (cloth rubberband)
  • lip balm
  • Tom’s of Maine toothpaste & toothbrush
  • Lansinoh breast pads
  • 3 thick maxi pads
  • 3 pairs of disposable underwear
  • comfy Grip socks (your choice of pink or blue)
  • playing cards
  • Two packets of Motherlove Organic Nipple Cream®
  • notepad
  • thank you cards & pen
  • gum
  • Two Preggie Pop Drops®
  • Bellybar®
  • Quaker cup of oatmeal & spoon (did you know oatmeal helps milk production?)
(Only organic or natural bath and body products are used in the Push Pack.)

I really like the the Push Pack a lot. You only really need two breast pads, since your milk doesn't really come in until your leaving the hospital. Everything in the Push Pack is all that you'll ever need in the hospital, and then some! The Push Pack would make a great baby shower gift for any expecting mothers! Great for first time moms especially, since they don't really know what to pack or what they will need in the hospital.
(Yes, I unpacked the bag completely, and repacked it a differently then when the way it was when it arrived, and everything still fit inside! I hate it when you receive a bag or box and you unpack everything in it, then when you go to repack it with the products that came inside of the bag, and they don't all fit. But all of these products did!)

I didn't like opening the bag and smelling the really strong scent of the EO lavender shampoo. I liked scented products, but I am not a huge fan of lavender. I would love to see the lip balm be changed to what ever flavor of lip balm from My Lip Stuff. (If you want the link, please email me or leave a comment.) It would be great to have the choice of choosing mints, instead of gum. I have a lot of crowns in my mouth, and I can't chew gum. It would be cool to change the Oatmeal to Cherrios or some similar oat cereal, like Oatmeal Raisin Crisp! I get really bad heartburn, pregnant or not, from eating oatmeal. I won't even touch it in the hospital.

I have my own push pack that I received for review, and I will be taking it with me in July for my scheduled c-section. Now all I need to do is to pack a few changes of pajamas and one pair of clothes to come home in, and a few outfits for our new baby!
