GIANTmicrobes are super cute! Matthew and Chloe LOVE theirs so much, that they have slept with them every night since we got them! Both kids have even woken up in the middle of the night saying that they can't find them. So I have to go searching, because they can easily get lost amongst all of their pillows and blankets.
Matthew wanted the Red Blood Cell, and Chloe got the Algae. I feel that GIANTmicrobes are an excellent way to teach our children about the human body and all of the things that are inside of us, colds, algae, things we can be exposed to, cancer and other diseases, and more! My son wants to be a firefighter when he grow up, he may or may not change his mind. Chloe said she wants to be a doctor, thanks to a cute little cartoon about a little girl doctor to toys on TV! That too, could change. But they are always asking questions about their bodies and how babies are made. Yes, even at 5 1/2 and 4 years old, they want to know! Using GIANTmicrobes has helped open that door for discussions about all sorts of things. As when we took the cover off of our pool in June, it was full of green algae!
I really LOVE the World's Smartest Mom Brain Cell!

I know what I am asking for!
(GIANTmicrobes also has a World's Smartest Dad Brain Cell too!)

Halloween is coming up soon! Maybe your Elf on the Shelf, or Grandma and Grandpa, can buy the "Happy Halloween! Mini Microbes" for your little one!
Trick or Treat with Anthrax adorning a witch's hat, Flesh Eating with spooky, fake fangs, orange Amoeba with black mask, Black Death embroidered with a skull and crossbones, and Ebola costumed as Frankenstein with stitched mouth and neck bolts!
For Christmas, there's a few different Christmas Tree boxes with GIANTmicrobe Christmas ornaments inside!
(One of these GIANTmicrobes Christmas Tree boxes would make a great white elephant gift!)
What a great way to teach a child or grandchild, niece or nephew about the importance of washing their hands! Especially since here in Tennessee, school started last week! If kids don't wash their hands at school we their parents aren't around, they can come home with all sorts of colds, or worse!
Order some GIANTmicrobes today for your children for Halloween, Christmas, their birthdays, or just because, you love them!
