A NEW ADVENTURE BEGINS WITH “LEGO® DISNEY PRINCESS: THE CASTLE QUEST” PREMIERING AUGUST 18, EXCLUSIVELY ON DISNEY+

An exciting new adventure begins today with the release of the official trailer and key art for “LEGO® Disney Princess: The Castle Quest.” The all-new animated special from Disney Princess and the LEGO Group will premiere August 18 on Disney+, leading into the World Princess Week celebration.

In “LEGO Disney Princess: The Castle Quest,” Tiana, Moana, Snow White, Rapunzel, and Ariel are off on an adventure as they are each unexpectedly transported to a mysterious castle. Shortly after arriving, they soon discover that Gaston has hatched an evil plan to take over all their kingdoms! The Princess characters must work together to solve challenges hidden deep within the castle walls and try to save their kingdoms from Gaston. Will bravery, quick-thinking, and teamwork prevail?

“LEGO Disney Princess: The Castle Quest” features the voices of Jodi Benson as Ariel, Auli'i Cravalho as Moana, Mandy Moore as Rapunzel, Anika Noni Rose as Tiana, and Katie Von Till as Snow White. Additional cast includes Richard White as Gaston, Joanne Worley as Wardrobe, Corey Burton as Magic Mirror, and Jim Cummings as King Triton.

on Fan-Favorite Holiday Life Day, November 17

This holiday season, Disney+ invites LEGO and Star Wars fans to Chewbacca’s homeworld of Kashyyyk for a Wookiee-sized celebration of the galaxy’s most cheerful and magical holiday, Life Day, in the LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special, premiering exclusively on the service on Tuesday, November 17.

“The LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special” reunites Rey, Finn, Poe, Chewie, Rose and the droids for a joyous feast on Life Day, a holiday first introduced in the 1978 “Star Wars Holiday Special.” The new LEGO special is the first to debut on Disney+ and will continue the rich legacy of collaboration between Lucasfilm and LEGO—playful adventures told in the endearingly irreverent way that only LEGO Star Wars cobranded content can.

Directly following the events of “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker,” Rey leaves her friends to prepare for Life Day as she sets off on a new adventure with BB-8 to gain a deeper knowledge of the Force. At a mysterious Jedi Temple, she is hurled into a cross-timeline adventure through beloved moments in Star Wars cinematic history, coming into contact with Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Yoda, Obi-Wan and other iconic heroes and villains from all nine Skywalker saga films. But will she make it back in time for the Life Day feast and learn the true meaning of holiday spirit?

The adventure continues at home with the release of the LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar. Available September 1, the Advent Calendar was designed in concert with the development and production of the show and features holiday themed characters from the special. DK will also release the LEGO Star Wars Holiday sticker book, which lets brick fans stick instead of click.

“The LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special” is a production of Atomic Cartoons, the LEGO Group, and Lucasfilm. My Review:
We love Scooby-Doo, but especially Lego Scooby Doo! They are cuter, funnier and just overall, more entertaining. Scooby-Doo and Shaggy are still super interested in food! Who isn't?! Some food tastes really good!

Make sure to watch it and come back and let me know what you thought of the "Do the Jinky" dance! It was so hilarious! So Velma! And of course, there's some glowing monster pirates chasing Scooby-Doo and the gang! It wouldn't be a Scooby-Doo movie if there wasn't! The glowing monster pirates steal the pirate ship! My Review:
We love LEGO movies and Scooby Doo! I grew up watching the Scooby Doo cartoons on television back in the 70's and 80's. They were my favorite cartoons when I was little. I love that LEGO is helping to reintroduce Scooby Doo to a whole new generation of children, including my own. I loved in the end that the Velma unmasked the villans/mosters. It was awesome! She moved the heads around of the Lego characters to show who the monsters chasing them really were. My eight year old son loved it and watched it all the way through. My girls are six and three, they got bored with it quickly.
