A Stitch In Time (Handmade, Personalized Items)! #ChristmasGiftGuide
Stacy made my 2013 Airplanes and Dragonflies Christmas Gift Guide button above, that I recently changed from the Holiday gift guide, to my Christmas Gift Guide! You can read about why I did that Here!
My friend Stacy is the owner of A Stitch in Time, she is very creative! She has made personalized towels for my children, personalized t-shirts for our mom's group families when one of the children in the group passed away, personalized children's capes, legwarmers, masks, personalized Towel sets, knitted caps, and more! I did a review of some of her products before, you can check that out Here!
We own two hooded towels, three personalized t-shirts, a hand knitted cap and booties for my daughter when she was born, children's masks, and the personalized ABC's that you can check out in the link above.
Wouldn't your son, daughter, niece, nephew, or grandchild open up a Personalized Hooded Towel, Cape, T-Shirt, or Sweatshirt/Hoodie with their favorite character, animal, or vehicle on it? I bet they would be so happy and so surprised! Check out some examples of her work!
Stacy can also make your child's favorite cartoon characters, animals, vehicles, etc. and put them onto the back of a hooded towel, hoodie, t-shirt, cape, and more!
All of her products are stitched with her sewing machine. Every character, animal, vehicle, and person's name is made personally by Stacy, and made in the U.S.A.!
If your looking for a special gift for your children or relatives, A Stitch In Time can help! Join Stacy on her A Stitch In Time Facebook group today, and post something that you would like her to make for you! Hurry, cause Christmas will be here before you know it! If you would like to email Stacy directly, you can do so at a.stitchery.time@gmail.com.
Disclosure: Stacy made my blog button for me, and in exchange, I will be showing off her work from time to time on my site!
Veggie Tales: Merry Larry and the True Light of Christmas DVD Review and Giveaway! (U.S.) Ends 12/10 #ChristmasGiftGuide
Merry Larry and the True Light of Christmas is a NEW 2013 Christmas Release from Veggie Tales, featuring Si Robertson from the TV show "Duck Commander," as Silas!
Here's some information about the movie:
Larry The Cucumber stars as "Merry Larry", an enthusiastic employee of the Spring Valley Mall who serves as "Head Elf" during the Christmas season. Each day he hears countless children's requests for what they'd like under their Christmas trees. But one little girl's request catches his attention - Little Christina just wants to help her friend, Mrs. Crespie, who lost her house in a fire, get a new house for Christmas! Merry Larry sets off on a caper to create the biggest light show ever to bring attention to Mrs. Crespie's situation. Meanwhile, the mall manager, Philip Fleagle (Bob the Tomato) finds he has no lights and no head elf for the mall's spectacular Christmas display - right on the day the owner of the mall is supposed to visit! Will Philip realize what the "true light of Christmas" is really all about and help Merry Larry rally the community to get Mrs. Crespie's in a home by Christmas? Find out in this all new VeggieTales story where kids learn that "Christmas shines most bright and true, when you give the love God gave to you.
Of course there is a silly song! Larry sings "Wrapped Myself Up For Christmas." The movie also features several songs including "Light of Christmas" by Owl City, featuring TobyMac!

Comforts For Baby Welcome Baby Kit Review and Giveaway! (U.S.) Ends 12/8 (Rafflectoper)
I really enjoy using the Comforts For Baby products on my children. They are just as great, if not better, than many baby and toddler products on the market today. They are also affordable, and the labels are oh so cute! I like how gentle they are on Hailey's sensitive skin!
All Comforts For Baby bath products (and diaper ointment) are:
- Hypoallergenic
- Paraben Free
- Phthalate free
- Dermatologist and Pediatrician tested
Comforts For Baby also sells baby nail clippers, sippy cups, diapers, disposable training pants/underwear, diaper wipes, cotton swabs, infant formula, bibs, baby food, baby and toddler snacks, baby powder, teethers, and more! Comforts For Baby also sells organic, natural diapers called Touch of Nature! I think that I am going to check those out!
